I’m looking for a role where I can own end-to-end hiring, build strong talent pipelines, and improve candidate experience with data-driven reporting and automation. I want close stakeholder partnership, clear impact, and room to scale hiring in a high-growth environment.

I own end-to-end recruitment as the sole Talent Acquisition function in a fast-paced, founder-led technology startup, partnering closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements and deliver a thoughtful candidate experience. I’ve managed 10+ concurrent roles end-to-end—from job scoping and sourcing through interview coordination, offer management, and onboarding—while strengthening employer branding initiatives.

I’m also hands-on with HR operations and process improvement, including maintaining HR records in Zoho People and leading a solo HRIS migration to MS Dynamics 365. Through recruitment reporting (Time-to-Fill, conversion rates, source effectiveness) and automation with Microsoft Power Automate, I improve consistency and speed—backed by achievements like closing an urgent requirement within 72 hours and renegotiating a Pluralsight license for 60% cost reduction.
