I’m looking for a fast-paced team where I can own end-to-end recruiting, build strong candidate pipelines, and partner with stakeholders to deliver quality technical and non-technical hires, with room to grow in talent strategy and HR operations.

I’m a talent acquisition and HR professional with hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment—candidate sourcing, screening, interview coordination, onboarding, and HR operations. I focus on both technical and non-technical hiring, partnering closely with hiring managers and stakeholders to clarify requirements, define job specs, and align timelines.

In fast-paced environments, I’ve supported hiring across technology domains (e.g., Frontend, Backend, QA) by building quality candidate pipelines through LinkedIn and job portals, running initial HR screening, and keeping candidates engaged throughout the process. I also manage HR operations using HRMS/Payroll tools and support smooth joining via pre-joining documentation, onboarding coordination, and virtual orientation sessions.
