I am an IT technician and customer support specialist with hands-on experience in network setup, device deployment, and multi-channel technical support. I combine practical engineering skills with strong customer-facing experience supporting major brands.

At Estarta Greece I installed and configured switches, Wi‑Fi access points, UPS solutions, and deployed over 200 laptops while managing procurement and network reliability. I also provided live chat support for Cisco, handling multiple conversations and escalating complex issues.

Previously, I served as a senior customer service advisor for an Apple project at Teleperformance, troubleshooting iOS, macOS, Apple services, and Apple Health issues while creating and escalating tickets to ensure timely resolution. I developed strong communication and problem-solving abilities in high-pressure environments.

I also gained hands-on experience as an electronic engineer assistant installing low-voltage systems such as cameras, sensors, and electronic doors. I am motivated to join teams that value operational reliability, clear communication, and continuous technical improvement.
