At METRO ΑΕΒΕ, I support users and stores by diagnosing hardware, software, and peripheral issues. I also contribute to network segmentation by configuring switches and VLANs and checking network connectivity.
I configure and troubleshoot Honeywell CT32 and EDA52 Android devices, including static IPv4 and DNS settings. I check connections between terminals and store server services, including IIS, and work with central IT teams on incidents.
My home lab is where I explore networking, virtualization, and self-hosting. I run Proxmox VE, Debian LXC, and Docker, with VLAN separation, AdGuard Home, Nginx Proxy Manager, and WireGuard.
I’ve also created personal C# / Windows Forms utilities for IP and ping checks, network connectivity, Excel import/export, and terminal provisioning support. Earlier, at Cosmote E-Value, I supported customers by phone, email, and back office, using SAP and Salesforce to handle requests.
