I’m looking for a role where I can own program and operations execution, strengthen customer relationships, and support users with reliable IT and wellness-informed guidance—so teams and clients experience consistent, high-quality outcomes.

I’m a versatile operations and program management professional with 18+ years of experience across program coordination, health coaching, customer-facing work, and IT support. I combine a Master of Science in Health & Human Performance with a background in information technology and culinary training to deliver service that’s both human-centered and operationally sound.

I lead teams and coordinate complex, day-to-day execution with a strong focus on client relationships and excellent service. From large-scale catering operations to ongoing coaching programs, I’m known for managing details that keep work running smoothly and customers well-supported.

In IT roles, I managed technical support workflows, developed IT policies and procedures for compliance, and handled system upgrades, backups, and disaster recovery. I also support day-to-day needs through prompt, friendly troubleshooting while maintaining organized asset and inventory tracking.

Today, I bring that same end-to-end mindset to private health coaching—designing personalized programs, conducting assessments, and delivering progress tracking—while continuing to support safety-focused responsibilities as a school bus monitor.
