What I'm looking for

I'm looking to lead client-facing programs and operational implementations where I can use data, cross-functional coordination, and executive reporting to improve program performance at scale.

At Elevation Health, I lead client program operations for an enterprise wellness program serving more than 8,000 employees across 50+ countries.

I helped scale the program from 2,500+ U.S.-based employees to a global operation, using participation analysis and data-driven recommendations to drive 114% enrollment growth and reach a 36% engagement benchmark in the first year.

I run bi-monthly strategy meetings with client leadership, vendors, and business units, translate requirements into program enhancements, and coordinate launches and technical improvements across global teams.

I also build executive KPI reporting and presentations, direct daily program support, resolve complex user issues, and create documentation that improves adoption and operational functionality.
