What I'm looking for

I’m seeking a Training & Development, Operations, or Program Management role where I can drive organizational effectiveness at the $70k+ level—using training systems, compliance rigor, and process improvement to strengthen day-to-day outcomes.

I’m an operations and program management professional with 7+ years of experience designing training systems, leading multi-functional teams, and optimizing organizational processes in fast-paced academic and service environments. I bring a strong track record of managing complex, competing priorities across departments while building people-development programs from the ground up.

As a Senior Operations & Program Coordinator, I direct daily operations for a multi-function academic department—managing workflow, scheduling, service delivery, and high-volume student interactions. I also serve concurrently in three office coordinator roles, coordinating distinct program areas while maintaining service quality and compliance. I’ve designed and delivered onboarding and training programs for student workers, setting performance standards, communication protocols, and professional development benchmarks aligned with departmental goals.

I oversee testing center operations with a focus on compliance and decision-making, evaluating and enforcing protocols, handling accommodations and special circumstances, and maintaining detailed audit-ready records. I partner directly with the Department Chair as a strategic administrative resource, managing sensitive communications and departmental initiatives that require discretion and analytical judgment. I also identify operational inefficiencies and implement process improvements that increase team productivity and service quality.

Before this role, I strengthened my coordination and client-facing skills through end-to-end travel program management and structured training leadership at Berea College. I’ve also contributed to campus program and communications work—supporting budgeting, logistics, volunteer coordination, creative programming, mentoring, and digital content production—so I can translate strategy into execution with clarity and care.
