I’m cooperative and more introverted than others, so I naturally preserve harmonious relations with coworkers and prefer an accommodative, service-oriented way of working. I tend to take a while to warm up, feel uncomfortable initiating social interactions with people I don’t know, and do best when my environment supports clear expectations rather than constant stimulation.

I’m also very competitive and conventional—driven to win, motivated by performance measurement, and more comfortable with routine than experimentation. I manage pressure well, stay coachable and dependable, and I’m at my best when I can channel my competitive energy toward shared goals while balancing independence with collaboration.
