I’m looking for a sales-focused role where I can lead and coach a team, track KPIs, and drive results through strong customer rapport, clear communication, and problem resolution. I’m open to any schedule, with weekends off preferred.

I’m a results-driven professional with experience across sales, team leadership, and customer support. I consistently exceeded sales targets—closing 60–65% daily against a 50% goal—while managing 30–40 customer interactions per day, and I was promoted to Team Lead in under a year.

As a Team Lead, I coached a team of 12–15 agents weekly, using KPI monitoring and performance tracking to identify gaps and implement immediate corrective actions. I support advisors with patient, clear communication to handle customer concerns and de-escalation effectively.
