I’m an enterprise partnerships and revenue growth leader with 15+ years across payments, fintech, and travel technology. I currently serve as a Director at PayU Payments, owning a $2.02B+ GMV cross-border portfolio and delivering 20% YoY growth through account farming, commercial renegotiation, and cross-sell expansion across global travel and enterprise accounts.

At PayU, I’ve driven Rs.230 Cr revenue and Rs.65 Cr gross margin, partnering closely with Finance and Strategy on revenue assurance—billing gaps, cost leakages, and reconciliation mismatches. I also lead technical and commercial negotiations with 7+ global PA/OEM-adjacent partners, while ensuring full RBI and FEMA regulatory compliance across international payment operations.

Previously at Paytm, I managed a Rs.14,500 Crore/month GMV Oil & Gas portfolio and grew it 25% over tenure by deepening alliances with IOCL, BPCL, HPCL, and Nayara Energy. Before that at MakeMyTrip & GoIbibo, I built and managed C-level hotel partnerships (~15 regional chains across SEA and Middle East), driving ~50% YoY GMV growth and increasing business contribution from 7% to 11% through rate parity and digital co-marketing.

I’ve also owned end-to-end P&L as Micro Market CEO at OYO Rooms for a 600-property South Delhi micro-market, delivering 67% revenue growth and 10% profitability improvement.
