I am seeking customer-facing roles in sales, promotions, or customer service where I can apply promotion and problem-resolution skills, grow in business/project management, and contribute as a collaborative team member.

I am a sales and promotions professional with hands-on experience in retail promotion, sales consulting, and customer-facing call centre roles. I have worked as a promoter for multiple campaigns and as a sales consultant, developing practical sales and customer engagement skills.

I also served as a personal assistant from April 2023 to September 2024 and worked in a call centre (customer service) role in late 2024, where I strengthened my administrative, communication, and problem-resolution abilities. I completed a Project Management qualification in 2022 and am pursuing Business Management at Rosebank College.
