I am a Senior Product Manager with extensive experience delivering API-led platforms and customer-centric digital and eCommerce solutions across B2B and B2C sectors. I lead global API integration programmes, manage reusable capabilities and embed governance across distributed teams to align technology with business goals.

At Shell's Innovation Centre I managed a $5M budget, led two agile squads of 20+ globally, and helped deliver products used by 10,000+ users in 74 countries, improving alternative fuels revenue and securing a $5M contract shortly after launch. I’ve driven large-scale eCommerce transformations, including migrating Shell’s platform from SAP Hybris to SAP CX with global rollouts and significant revenue impact.

I blend technical expertise — APIs, cloud (AWS, Azure), eCommerce platforms, payment systems — with data-driven decision making using user research, A/B testing and product analytics.
