As Product Director at Mastercard, I build and scale AI-led commerce products across Mastercard’s payments ecosystem, including AI-agentic commerce initiatives with Google and Microsoft that emphasize privacy, data-governance, and trust by design. Previously at Checkatrade, I set the 3-year vision to transform a subscription-based supplier/trades product and drive 10x growth, leading an org of 7 PMs and ~100 people while establishing a product-led, collaborative culture. Earlier at Trainline, I scaled growth and monetisation strategies across global markets—using LLMs and machine learning for search and personalisation, overhauling fee strategy, and improving booking experiences through rapid experimentation; I even formed and scaled a Sustainability org that helped grow modal shift and the UK rail market.

Reworked acquisition, retention, and compliance strategies, including launching a freemium proposition and a verified-reviews platform, to boost engagement and membership growth.
Scaled and led multiple business units, partnering with C-level stakeholders while driving market-wide traffic, sales, and revenue growth. Led AI and search-engine strategy, acquisition modernization and ML-driven PPC improvements, and monetization and personalization initiatives that increased ATV and group revenue, while also building experimentation velocity through an overhauled fee engine.
