What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a role where I can lead talent acquisition and HR operations while building people-focused learning and gap-analysis solutions that support digital transformation. I value remote collaboration, clear communication, and measurable impact.

I’m a detail-oriented Human Resources and Talent Acquisition professional with a Master’s in HRM (in progress) and a Psychology background. I bring strengths in behavioral analysis, candidate evaluation, and streamlining HR operations to support organizational success in a remote-first culture.

In my projects, I’ve led organizational technology analysis through comprehensive gap analyses—identifying discrepancies between current employee skills and necessary technological competencies. I develop strategic recommendations to bridge performance gaps using targeted tool adoption and training, and I’m comfortable managing project lifecycles while aligning cross-functional stakeholders.

I also design adult learning assessments and virtual learning studies, using formative and summative assessments to measure progress. Whether working on digital transformation initiatives or virtual collaboration, I focus on clear communication, accurate data synthesis, and self-directed execution that drives measurable outcomes.
