At GREEN Charter Elementary, I lead literacy initiatives as Literacy Coach and MTSS Coordinator, providing Tier 3 ELA interventions for more than 50 K–5 students and coordinating Read to Succeed and Summer Reading Camp programs.
I collaborate with teachers and administrators on research-based literacy instruction, curriculum continuity, data analysis, monthly PLCs, and professional development. My classroom experience spans elementary ELA, social studies, inclusion, summer reading programs, and second through sixth grades.
