What I'm looking for

I'm seeking opportunities to teach and lead in education, literacy, instructional leadership, and adult learning across undergraduate, master's, online, hybrid, or face-to-face settings.

At Broward County Public Schools, I lead literacy strategy, MTSS/RTI systems, curriculum implementation, assessment, interventions, and professional learning for K-5 instructional teams. I translate performance data into targeted action plans that strengthen reading instruction, differentiation, and student support.

I created technology-enabled learning with Canvas, Microsoft Teams, Nearpod, and Imagine Learning, contributing to an online curriculum initiative that increased student participation by more than 25%.

As Founder and Executive Director of Greenidge Law Academy, I shape program strategy, partnerships, curriculum concepts, grant development, and community engagement to expand civic knowledge and leadership opportunities for K-12 students. I also bring online and hybrid teaching experience and graduate preparation in reading, educational leadership, instructional leadership, and school improvement.
