I am a dynamic instructional leader and literacy expert with extensive experience in supporting K-12 educators and school leaders. My focus is on implementing developmentally appropriate, research-based literacy instruction that drives student achievement. Currently, I serve as an Itinerant Instructional Coach for Memphis-Shelby County Schools, where I support early elementary teachers across multiple schools. My role involves conducting classroom observations, delivering actionable feedback, and co-planning lessons to model effective instruction. I am adept at using data from assessments to inform targeted instruction and lead professional learning initiatives that align with instructional goals.
