I've taught kindergarten, first grade, and third grade at Pompano Beach Elementary since 2014, providing standards-based instruction across all subjects and serving as a Literacy Specialist.
I design developmentally appropriate lessons and interventions that promote rigor and critical thinking, while creating positive classrooms through management procedures and brain-based research. I also support peer professional development through observations, collaborative planning, and feedback.
Previously, I led Pre-Kindergarten and Kindergarten at Miami Union Academy, mentoring teachers, training assistants, and coordinating early childhood events. I'm an Ed.D. doctoral candidate in Education Leadership and hold certifications in Educational Leadership and Elementary Education.
