What I'm looking for

I seek leadership roles improving literacy outcomes through coaching, MTSS implementation, curriculum design, and data-driven teacher development in collaborative, equity-focused schools.

I am an instructional and literacy systems leader with 18+ years strengthening reading outcomes, coaching educators, and aligning data-driven instructional practices within complex public-sector education systems. I have led MTSS Tier 2/3 interventions, designed curriculum-aligned resources, and supported diverse learners including multilingual students, students with disabilities, and gifted learners.

As a certified Clinical Educator, I coach through observation cycles, modeling, co-teaching, and reflective feedback, and I facilitate professional learning communities focused on assessment analysis and continuous improvement. My strengths include structured literacy, diagnostics and progress monitoring, cross-cultural competence, and practical systems thinking that sustain instructional improvement.
