Building SOPs and operational systems from the ground up, standardizing finance, payroll, and daily processes. Managing bookkeeping in QuickBooks Online and payroll in Gusto, and building cash-flow forecasts to flag shortfalls early.

Partnered with the owner to develop BiteBot, a HIPAA-compliant SaaS product, growing it to 500+ customers and $1.5M+ ARR in its first year. Managed 15+ remote team members across 12 countries and 4 departments, and ran full-cycle billing, collections, and payroll for 80+ agency clients and 500+ SaaS customers.

Owned all financial operations from daily transactions through tax-ready CPA reports, and built dashboards for cash tracking, department P&L, and growth projections. Drafted and managed contracts for clients, subcontractors, and partner agencies, and resolved contract disputes through settlement negotiations.

Wrote and rolled out SOPs for every part of the business, including new departments as it grew. Ran the full HR and payroll lifecycle, from recruiting through separation.

Selected after the Aveanna acquisition to lead revenue cycle for 6+ branches across Colorado and Texas, a combined $40M+ annual book of business. Served as main point of contact for Aveanna leadership and redesigned billing processes with the Regional VP of Operations.

Ran Evergreen's full billing operation, a $7–8M annual book across private pay, insurance, and Medicaid. Managed the IHSS division of 35+ in-home caregivers with RN case managers, and led all hiring and recruiting.
