At the Tennessee Department of Finance & Administration, I co-lead statewide evidence, analytics, and performance efforts. I helped raise the share of budget requests backed by rigorous impact research from 10% to 53%.

I joined the Office of Evidence and Impact at its founding and led Tennessee's statewide program inventory from pilot through full rollout. I also secured $2M in state COVID relief funds to accelerate its completion.

In my current role, I advise senior leaders on a cloud-based integrated data platform and a state fund for program evaluation. I build and lead a six-person multidisciplinary team.

Earlier, at the Tennessee Department of Education, I directed educator workforce reporting and analytics for 147 public school districts. My work has also included school data governance, district assessment strategy, and analysis for federally funded education studies.
