What I'm looking for

I'm looking to help school systems and education organizations strengthen instructional practice, member engagement, and student outcomes through data-informed consultation, professional learning, and relationship-centered service delivery.

At the Texas Education Agency, I supported district and campus leaders in adopting statewide academic tools, learning platforms, and instructional resources. I led service delivery across a statewide portfolio, contributing to 96% adoption of 400+ college and career standards serving 5.5M students and quality assurance for 365 digitized courses.

I've also supported 65+ districts through assessment interpretation and professional learning, with 85% of supported schools increasing academic outcomes for 1,500+ students. As a school principal across Wharton ISD, Austin ISD, and Hays CISD, I built instructional systems, coached educators and leaders, managed budgets, and launched seven PK inclusive classrooms serving 480 families.
