I've led monitoring, evaluation, and learning work across nonprofits, government, higher education, and foundations for more than 15 years. At the National Fish and Wildlife Foundation, I redesigned evaluation frameworks for 16 conservation business plans valued at more than $16 million and assessed 60 grant programs.

As Chief Impact Officer at The Chisholm Legacy Project, I built grant-funded evaluation infrastructure, strengthened capacity through training and technical assistance, and improved team processes and management practices around strategic priorities.

My consulting work has helped university and government programs create logic models, theories of change, data-collection tools, and evaluation plans that meet funder requirements and support evidence-based improvement.

I've also managed federal and state grant-funded research and evaluation projects, directed multidisciplinary teams, and translated complex requirements and data into practical plans, reporting, and decisions.
