I’m a hardworking, reliable professional who thrives on learning new skills and delivering work in a professional, efficient manner. I have excellent written and verbal communication skills, and I work successfully both as part of a team and independently.

Since February 2025, I’ve been working as a Weighbridge Operator at Veolia in Birmingham, building on my hands-on experience in operational environments. Before that, I worked at Swissport as a Ramp Agent/Baggage Handler/Dispatcher at Birmingham International Airport, where dispatch and time-critical coordination were central to the role.

I’ve also developed strong customer-facing and administrative capability through multiple customer service positions, including Inbound Customer Service Advisor at JD Sports Fashion and Customer Service Advisor and Administrator at Stormclad Home Improvements. Earlier roles such as Pharmacy Assistant, Bar Supervisor, and Sales Advisor strengthened my ability to stay calm, communicate clearly, and support customers with accuracy and professionalism.

I’m motivated by fast-paced work and helping others, and I bring transferable strengths across logistics, call center operations, cash handling, and organisation. I’m confident I can add value quickly by combining practical operational support with dependable customer service.
