What I'm looking for
I’m an operations-driven veterinary practice manager with 10+ years of progressive experience in professional veterinary healthcare, leading staffing, workflow optimization, and day-to-day clinic execution. I’ve managed high-volume operations while keeping client satisfaction strong and adapting smoothly to major organizational changes.
Since 2011, and most notably as Veterinary Practice Manager from October 2023–present, I lead daily operations for a clinic supporting 1 DVM and a team of 10–12 staff. I managed scheduling, staffing coverage, and workflow coordination across CSR, technician, and kennel teams—adapting operations from a 3-DVM model (~130 invoices/day) to a 1-DVM model (~35–50 invoices/day) while staying aligned with business goals.
Before that, I served as a Veterinary Technical Assistant / Client Service Representative (Jan 2023–Oct 2023) and Office Manager (Jul 2016–Jan 2023), supporting both clinical and front-office operations. I also owned HR compliance documentation, inventory management, and clinic standards, including leading clinic-wide COVID-19 protocols in line with AVMA and CDC guidelines for curbside operations, patient intake, and staff coordination.
