At Stone Ridge Veterinary Medical Center, I serve as Lead Receptionist and a member of the Leadership Team, supporting daily operations in a 4-doctor veterinary practice. I use ezyVet, Avimark, Vetstoria, Vetcove, and AllyDVM to coordinate appointments and improve clinic workflows, maintaining a schedule rate of 83%+.
I train new team members on PIMS and clinical workflows, maintain the CCS handbook and SOPs, and work with IT support and vendors to resolve escalated issues. I also develop social media content and design clinic materials, and coordinate sponsorship events for Operation Pets Alive.
