What I'm looking for

I'm looking to drive regional sales growth, corporate acquisition, and partner success through FMCG commercial leadership, distribution expansion, strategic partnerships, and high-performing teams.

At Crown Beverages Limited, I lead sales and distribution across Central and Western Uganda, managing 100+ distributor personnel and 10 Pepsi distribution centers.

I've established two distribution points in Central Uganda, expanded market coverage, and used market intelligence, competitor analysis, pricing, and promotions to contribute to a 25% market-share increase over three years.

I launched Aquafina Bottled Water and 7UP campaigns across multiple districts, driving brand visibility and double-digit sales growth. I also build distributor and key-account relationships while coaching teams to improve service delivery, volume growth, and retention.
