I’m an automotive warranty professional and ASE Master Technician with 30+ years spanning dealership fixed operations, fleet maintenance, service operations, repair analysis, and warranty claims evaluation. I bring a deep, practical understanding of how repair orders, labor operations, parts requirements, diagnostic findings, and service documentation connect—so decisions stay accurate, compliant, and defensible.

In my current Senior Claims Adjuster role, I review and evaluate vehicle service contract claims across powertrain, electrical, drivability, suspension, steering, HVAC, fuel system, and chassis-related repairs. I analyze repair orders, labor and parts requirements, inspection reports, and supporting documentation to determine repair appropriateness and contract eligibility, while assessing technical accuracy, necessity, cost reasonableness, and alignment to policy provisions. I also verify consistency between reported failures, diagnostic findings, and recommended repairs, and I communicate clearly with repair facilities, service advisors, technicians, inspectors, and customers to keep authorization activity and documentation expectations on track.

Before this, I supported fleet customers nationwide as a Service Advisor, reviewing repair estimates and maintenance recommendations and interpreting diagnostic findings to guide informed maintenance decisions. Earlier, I served in leadership and technician roles in high-volume OEM environments—reviewing repair documentation, applying OEM service information and warranty procedures, supporting workflow and technician productivity, and contributing to quality and customer satisfaction. My professional ethos is simple: attention to detail, strong technical communication, and process improvement that protects compliance while identifying reimbursement opportunities and operational gains.
