I am an automotive-trained professional with hands-on experience as a master technician and a mechanical claims adjuster. I combine technical diagnostic skills with claims processing and customer-facing responsibilities.

At American Honda I ran diagnostics, test-drove vehicles, and replaced defective parts, leveraging Alldata and other diagnostic systems to resolve complex mechanical issues. In my current role as a Mechanical Claims Adjuster I adjudicate claims, process payments, coordinate with repair facilities and parts suppliers, and manage inspection reports.

I have experience using systems such as Alldata, Monday.com, ProDemand, Service Manager Pro, RingCentral and Wex, and I hold certifications in automotive technology and a CDL. My background includes service writing, warranty coordination, and supervising roles in dealership and service center environments.

I am customer-focused, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing communication between technicians, customers, warranty companies and management to ensure accurate claim resolution and timely repairs.
