What I'm looking for

I'm looking for an IT, systems, cloud, networking, or cybersecurity role where I can resolve technical issues, strengthen secure infrastructure, and continue building hands-on SOC and cloud operations experience.

I deliver technical support through Twist Systems, resolving hardware, software, connectivity, installation, configuration, and device repair needs for individual and small-business clients.

At the University of Ghana, I provided Tier 1 support across campus, maintained laboratory computers, resolved printer and network issues, and managed user accounts, password resets, and access requests.

I've built practical cloud and cybersecurity capability through AWS labs and the Tec4Peace Cybersecurity Bootcamp, working with EC2, IAM, S3, VPC, CloudWatch, SIEM monitoring, log analysis, and simulated incident response.

I also designed an Arduino-based IoT smart agriculture system using wireless sensor networks for real-time environmental monitoring and crop management.
