What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a role where I can apply my IT support and service desk skills to solve user issues end-to-end, improve ticket workflows, and collaborate with teams—while continuing to grow in automation, networking, and cybersecurity.

I’m a tech-enthusiast and dependable team player, focused on building a reliable support experience for users. I enjoy troubleshooting across devices, networks, and account access while keeping communication clear and customer-friendly.

In IT Support, I set up and troubleshoot computers, mobile phones, routers, printers, and monitors, while monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks. I also handle user onboarding and offboarding by setting up accounts and removing access for leaving employees, and I help keep devices in good health with updates, virus scanning, and cleaning.

As a Service Desk Analyst, I managed user access globally—covering account provisioning and password resets. I’m comfortable working with ticketing and support workflows and I aim to resolve issues efficiently while following proper procedures.

I’ve also supported different environments, from telco technical resolutions to gaming support where I respond via email and chat, troubleshoot game or platform issues, and escalate complex cases when needed. Beyond support, I’ve developed and tested automation solutions with Automation Anywhere, and I’m continually strengthening my foundations in networking, cybersecurity, cloud, and databases.
