I’m now seeking to transition into IT support, combining my service mindset with practical technical learning. I’ve built and maintained a Windows Server home lab using Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and virtual machines, and I’m actively exploring topics like bug bounty hunting while strengthening my fundamentals in TCP/UDP, Windows, and network-related concepts.
