I am a dedicated and motivated IT professional with an associate’s degree in Cybersecurity and currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree. With nearly three years of customer service experience, I have developed hands-on IT expertise that allows me to complete diverse IT and cybersecurity projects efficiently. My proficiency includes building a home lab SIEM using ELK and Kibana, configuring VirtualBox, and managing various IT equipment and software.

Throughout my career, I have demonstrated a strong understanding of network protocols and cybersecurity frameworks.
