I bring twenty-two years of administrative and customer service experience, including service in the U.S. Navy. Over the years, I’ve focused on keeping operations running smoothly while ensuring people feel heard and supported.

For fifteen years, I served with the State of California Correctional system, where I fostered effective communication to avoid escalation of problems among hundreds of residents. That experience strengthened my ability to stay calm, clear, and solution-focused in high-stakes environments.

In addition, I operate an Amazon Store with consistently high metrics scores for the past 3 years. This has reinforced my customer service know-how and ability to provide excellent results through performance and process.

I also offer intermediate Spanish language speaking ability and written capability much higher. I’m ready to apply my communication strength, customer-first mindset, and administrative background to help a team deliver consistently excellent service.
