I lead nationwide field operations for Tradco Limited’s Eucerin Kenya business, coordinating activity across 84 retail outlets. I prepare executive reports, KPI dashboards, presentations, and operational analyses for senior management.

I’ve expanded a nationwide team from 5 to 26 employees and improved team productivity by 25%. I also maintain customer satisfaction above 95% through proactive communication, coaching, and problem resolution.

Alongside operations leadership, I lead shopper marketing initiatives across pharmacy and modern trade channels, coordinating product launches, retail activations, and more than 50 nationwide campaigns. I work closely with Sales, Marketing, Operations, retail partners, and field teams to keep projects moving and documentation organized.
