I’m looking for a role where I can bring structure to complex work, coordinate stakeholders and vendors, and drive efficient project delivery through clear SOPs, strong workflow management, and practical reporting.

I’m an operations and project management professional with 7+ years of experience supporting executives, managing projects, coordinating stakeholders, and improving organizational processes across research, training, communications, and business operations.

I bring structure to complex environments and reliably deliver in remote and hybrid settings, even when multiple priorities compete for attention.

In my recent roles, I’ve led launch communications strategy and multi-platform campaigns, directed content production workflows, and supported executive training and administrative operations—including scheduling, travel logistics, and stakeholder engagement across 15+ countries.

I also manage research operations end-to-end: planning and field operations, respondent recruitment and retention, workflow tracking, and reporting with data analysis. I strengthen teams and operations through SOP development, process improvement, recruitment coordination, and vendor management.
