What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a customer-experience and operations role where I can run high-volume guest and order workflows, improve KPIs, and use automation and strong communication to resolve issues quickly and personally.

I’m a front desk concierge who delivers high-touch hospitality by orchestrating end-to-end guest lifecycle management. From high-volume reservation workflows to seamless arrivals and departures, I use property management systems (PMS) to keep service consistent and fast.

I build proactive relationship processes through integrated digital communication platforms, prioritizing personalized service delivery and high-touch conflict resolution. I also optimize key performance indicators (KPIs) tied to guest satisfaction using data-driven feedback loops to improve day-to-day operational excellence.

Before hospitality leadership, I led warehouse operations at Toll Global Forwarding, spearheading cross-functional team work with logistics and inventory management software. I deployed process automation tools to improve supply chain accuracy and reduce latency in multi-stage order processing, and I supported facility optimization through analytical warehouse space planning.
