I'm a bilingual (English C1 / Spanish native) professional with 4+ years of experience across customer success, technical support, and frontend development. I've worked in high-volume international support environments — maintaining 95%+ CSAT at Teleperformance and exceeding resolution KPIs at Concentrix — and I bring the same customer-first mindset to every role I take on.

My background is hybrid by design. As a frontend developer at NAEZ, I didn't just build interfaces — I onboarded stakeholders, gathered requirements across teams, documented processes, and built tools that made everyone's work easier. When the company scaled from 20 to 100 employees, I proactively redesigned internal workflows before they became a problem. That combination of technical understanding and operational instinct is what I bring to customer-facing roles.
