Worked in an agentic development team to migrate a legacy retail platform to a modern monorepo architecture using Turborepo, applying the Strangler Fig pattern for zero-downtime replacement. Built micro-frontend modules with React/Redux and backend services, and implemented i18n across the new platform.

Led cross-functional development teams and architectural decisions on Microsoft Azure to deliver high-traffic fintech platforms for consumer microcredit products across Colombia. Designed microservices and REST API architecture for loan origination at scale and introduced LLM-driven workflows using Claude Code, Cursor, and the OpenAI API to automate engineering tasks and document processing.

Led a technology migration from WordPress to Next.js, delivering a functional e-commerce platform while forming and leading the first engineering team. Architected a BNPL fintech platform integrating payment gateways and credit APIs, and implemented CI/CD and Azure-based infrastructure to improve deployment reliability.

Developed custom APIs and components for WordPress and WooCommerce to extend BNPL fintech functionality for the initial product launch. Supported the release through infrastructure management, deployments, performance optimization, security hardening, and scalability improvements.

Designed and developed web platforms for multiple enterprise clients, defining architecture and delivering projects in parallel. Solved critical business and technical problems using modern, scalable development practices.

Implemented digital marketing strategies and developed the corporate website, leading a full company rebrand. Improved sales conversion rates and expanded brand reach to international markets.
