What I'm looking for

I’m looking to design and deliver leadership and learning programs that align with business goals, coach stakeholders, and drive measurable culture transformation—ideally in global environments with strong learning partnership.

I’m a learning, leadership development, and organizational development professional with 8+ years partnering with executives and stakeholders to deliver coaching, train-the-trainer, and culture transformation initiatives. I align learning strategies with business goals to build leadership capability and improve employee performance.

Across corporate, BPO, and international settings, I design high-impact learning materials—from e-learning and job aids to presentations—and lead experiential training that strengthens teams in global locations (USA, Central America, India). As a Certified Strategic Master Trainer, I facilitate workshops and enable knowledge transfer at scale through train-the-trainer programs.

I’ve also contributed to organizational values rollout and culture transformation initiatives (including at Accedo), and I support institutional development work connected to SG-SST, inclusion, and student wellbeing. Today, I’m expanding my expertise while continuing to build learning experiences that help leaders navigate change, strengthen emotional intelligence and conflict management, and translate capability into measurable outcomes.
