Liz Bedoya

I've facilitated bilingual 4–6 week onboarding programs for cohorts of 15–20 new hires at 247.ai, covering core skills, product knowledge, and systems training.

I designed presentations, facilitation guides, workshops, and assessments used across multiple cohorts. I was recognized three times as Top Trainer for learner performance and engagement outcomes.

I led a cross-team performance-improvement initiative across three groups, reporting results to leadership, and mentored incoming trainers through onboarding and skill development. My earlier sales experience at 247.ai gave me practical experience with customer interactions, performance targets, Salesforce, and English-speaking corporate environments.

Outside corporate training, I co-founded Exploradores de Sueños, where I coordinate volunteers and educational activities for children. I'm building further program-coordination capability through the Google Project Management Professional Certificate while seeking remote learning and development opportunities.
