I partner with SMEs, Operations, Quality, and cross-functional stakeholders to analyze performance gaps and create business-aligned learning solutions. I also led learning platform migrations across five countries, moving from Cornerstone to Bridge and ADP Learning while minimizing disruption.

At TTEC and Concentrix, I designed and facilitated virtual and instructor-led onboarding, product training, coaching, and assessments for employees and health insurance agents.

I use instructional design, adult learning, scenario-based learning, data, AI, and digital learning tools to build learner-centered experiences that improve on-the-job performance.
