What I'm looking for
I’m an Executive Assistant with experience supporting C-level leadership across different industries, including the CEO of a foreign-exchange fintech in Brazil and the CEO of a deck-building company in Canada. I’m known for calendar and inbox management, travel coordination, expense and invoice tracking, and producing executive reports and presentation-ready materials that help leaders make decisions.
I provide end-to-end support to founders and business owners—triaging inboxes, coordinating meetings and travel, and following through on action items.
