I’m looking for an IT role where I can combine analytics, problem-solving, and clear communication to produce strong reports, support systems like LMS/ERP, train staff effectively, and help the team hit measurable goals in a fast-paced environment.

I’m a high-performing IT professional with over 5 years of experience in information technology, focused on delivering high-impact work through strong relationships and practical problem-solving. I thrive in fast-paced environments and use analytics and clear communication to help teams succeed.

In my technical and business roles, I’ve resolved helpdesk tickets and provided technical support for Learning Management Systems (LMS) and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP). I also support system and process management through reviews, data and documentation work like issue logs and instructional manuals, and staff enablement through training and user guides.

Earlier, I built hands-on support expertise in acquiring and workplace IT—installing and troubleshooting point of sale hardware, monitoring systems, managing workstation administration tasks, and assisting helpdesk users.
