What I'm looking for
I am an aspiring System Analyst with a strong foundation in technology and a keen interest in problem-solving. My journey began with a desire to become an Electrical Engineer, but I found my true passion in technology, leading me to pursue a career in system analysis and administration. I have developed a solid technical competence, including the ability to install and configure Windows operating systems, maintain computer hardware, and create virtual machines.
Throughout my professional experience, I have worked as an Information Systems Officer at Gomex Institute of Technology, where I managed students' data and provided tech support for management systems. My role involved configuring and installing hardware and software, as well as offering helpdesk support. I also have experience in customer service, having worked as a call center agent, where I honed my communication skills and ability to assist customers effectively.
I am committed to continuous learning and improvement, always eager to acquire new skills that enhance my professional capabilities. I thrive in collaborative environments and enjoy organizing tasks to improve team efficiency. I look forward to contributing my skills and passion for technology to a dynamic team.
