I’m looking for a role where I can own production support with SQL/PLSQL problem-solving, automate operational workflows, and improve API and data pipeline reliability—while collaborating closely with stakeholders in a fast, customer-focused environment.

I’m an Application Support Engineer and Data Analyst with 2+ years of experience in enterprise production support, SQL/PLSQL development, and cloud-based SaaS enterprise applications—especially in financial services environments. I support 32+ enterprise business applications, focusing on operational stability, timely incident resolution, and clear client communication.

I investigate and resolve P1/P2/P3 production incidents involving application workflows, database failures, and API integrations, including XML-based enterprise transactions. My approach blends techno-functional troubleshooting—analyzing backend logs, SQL data discrepancies, and integration failures—while validating REST/SOAP APIs and XML/JSON payloads. I also lead root cause analysis (RCA) for recurring issues, deliver findings to stakeholders, and support deployment activities, production integration testing (PIT), batch job monitoring, and post-release validations.

I also build and improve data and automation workflows: I develop ETL and data pipelines using SSIS, PL/SQL, and Azure Databricks for financial reporting and policy data processing. I’ve automated weekly reporting with Python and Django (encrypted ZIP delivery and email notifications) and built a report monitoring tool with Python and Flask to detect failures and improve operational visibility. I delivered 50+ Azure DevOps (AZDO) user stories and managed CI/CD deployment activities through Jenkins, earning “Rockstar of the Month” for strong ownership and delivery performance.
