What I'm looking for

I’m looking for an international supply chain or trade role where I can coordinate stakeholders, manage cross-border documentation, and drive KPI-based process optimization. I want a multicultural environment that values data-driven decisions and continuous improvement.

I’m a strategic international business professional with a double degree from Colombia and Germany. I bring core technical experience from Audi AG, where I focused on cross-border supply chains and international trade operations in complex, high-pressure environments.

At Audi AG, I coordinated cross-functional stakeholders (packaging, disposition, internal clients) to ensure timely and reliable delivery of critical components. I managed cross-border documentation and regulatory requirements to keep Import/Export flows seamless, while monitoring KPIs and order flows to identify inefficiencies and improve service levels. I also supported process-improvement workshops by implementing practical optimization ideas.

More recently, as an Associate in Client Service at Dialectica Colombia, I act as the primary liaison between clients and internal teams. I identify business needs, translate them into tailored expert engagement strategies, and manage end-to-end client requests with a consistent focus on timeliness, accuracy, and service excellence under tight deadlines.

Earlier in my career, I co-developed a supplier evaluation program in Excel and conducted detailed supplier performance analysis to support strategic procurement decisions. I also built customer relationships in a Sales/Service Representative role using CRM tools, cold calling, and cross-selling—experiences that sharpened my ability to bridge complex client needs with operational execution through data and collaboration.
