What I'm looking for

My experience and studies make me suited to roles in operations, sales management, customer service, and foreign trade and negotiation.

At Hafele Colombia SAS, I manage sales for new and existing customers and follow orders to support customer commitments. I prepare sales reports and quotations, and handle orders for hotel, commercial, and residential projects.

I also coordinate import-related work from Germany and Asia, including proposals, purchase follow-up, invoicing, and shipment documentation. I provide sales teams and customers with the certificates, catalogues, technical data sheets, and instructions needed for sales processes.

At Schindler Iberia, I managed order processes, maintained customer and contract information, and supported the sales department. I also registered elevator safety information and followed contract status.

My experience includes stock, invoicing, customer service, and import-export coordination at Ethic & Tropic S.L., as well as purchasing support at Distribuciones Escudero Fijo. I hold master's degrees in Planning and Management of Industrial Processes and International Trade Management, and a degree in Business Administration.
