I am a Supply Chain and Operations professional with a degree in International Trade and Finance and over 4 years of experience in international logistics, freight forwarding, order management, customer operations, and quality assurance.

My career has focused on coordinating end-to-end logistics operations, managing international shipments, supporting customers across different markets, and ensuring accurate documentation, compliance, and on-time delivery. At Kuehne+Nagel and Maersk, I managed complex customer shipments across multiple geographies, coordinated with internal and external stakeholders, monitored operational milestones, handled documentation and billing processes, and supported continuous improvement initiatives. At DHL Global Forwarding, I worked with ocean freight quotations, customer requirements, operational coordination, and KPI reporting.

More recently, I worked as a Quality Control & Operations Coordinator in a remote environment, where I led quality control and audit processes, coordinated team responsibilities, monitored performance indicators, identified operational gaps, and implemented corrective and process improvements. I also gained hands-on experience using AI-assisted tools to improve quality assurance workflows while maintaining human oversight and accuracy.

I am particularly interested in remote opportunities in Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations, Quality Assurance, Process Improvement, Customer Operations, and coordination roles where I can combine my analytical skills, international logistics background, attention to detail, and cross-functional communication. I enjoy improving processes, solving operational issues, coordinating people and priorities, and using technology and AI to make workflows more accurate and efficient.

I am fluent in Spanish and have advanced English (C1), with experience working with international customers and distributed teams.
