I've built and configured virtual machines with Proxmox and VMware, installed and troubleshot Windows and Linux systems, and practiced core networking and command-line administration.

I completed an Associate degree in Information Technology with a 3.92 GPA. My hands-on work includes user accounts, permissions, Active Directory concepts, hardware installation, system maintenance, and troubleshooting operating system, software, and network issues.

In fast-paced customer-facing roles at Betty Griffin Thrift Store, Azalea Latin Cuisine, and Ikebana Sushi Bar, I've developed more than 10 years of troubleshooting, problem-solving, and customer service experience. I'm ready to apply those skills in an entry-level IT support environment.
